Nubienn's visual identity is rooted in luxury, heritage, and strength.
Inspired by the rich legacy of Nubian culture, the logo draws from the commanding presence of ancient statues — reimagined in a bold, modern form.
Rendered in deep black, it speaks to sophistication, individuality, and timeless power.
The full identity reflects more than just high-end aesthetics; it’s a conscious celebration of Black excellence, designed to empower and stand out with purpose.
For the Nubienn brand, we crafted a complete identity system rooted in cultural pride and visual strength. The project covered everything from brand naming to the full visual direction, including a distinctive logo inspired by the timeless elegance of Nubian heritage.
The logo — a modern reinterpretation of Queen Nefertiti — is enclosed in a clean circular mark and rendered in sharp white over black, symbolizing empowerment, clarity, and luxury. Its minimalist lines carry the weight of ancient legacy while speaking directly to a modern, global audience.
This identity was designed with a clear purpose: to speak to and celebrate the Black community, especially women of color, with a refined, confident, and culturally grounded tone. Every element — from typography to color palette — reflects values of strength, individuality, and elevated simplicity.
